I no longer follow RA MA because of their defense of Yogi Bhajan after dozens came forward of his horrific acts, but I won’t deny how powerful that kriya has been for me when I’ve used it. -

So sorry it took me so long to respond! Since discovering Yoji Bhajan’s horrific acts against women and children, I have stopped watching any content from RA MA Institute, since they have defended him. I still practice, however, and am just very mindful of the teachers I select. I won’t follow anyone who defends or even references him.
